Wholesale Returns and Exchanges
Returns are only eligible for parts and accessories. Calimet does not accept return on Gate openers, but will be happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase for other gate opener models as long as the total value is same.
Return or exchange request need to be emailed to Calimet’s customer service at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. Returned or exchanged items can only be accepted in its original, unopened condition accompanied with the original receipt. All accessories and free gifts (if any) need to be returned along with the purchased products in their original condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
Please contact a Calimet sales representative via email for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping the merchandise. Any unauthorized return will cause delays or denial of refund. Calimet is not liable for products damaged or lost during return.
Calimet is not responsible for:
1. Any faults or damages to the product that caused by unauthorized use or modification, including and not limited to exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc...) or improper operation.
2. Any faults or damages to the product that caused by uncontrollable external factors, including and not limited to fire, flood, lightening strikes etc...
Returns need to be shipped within 7 calendar days after RMA number is provided or refund will not be processed.
Calimet is not liable for any items ordered incorrectly by distributor.
Calimet is not responsible for any returning charge unless the refund is due to a fulfillment mistake. For exchanges, distributor will be liable for any shipping and handling charges incurred during the process.
All refunds are subject to a 3% merchant processing fee plus any other fees incurred during the returning process unless returns are made due to fulfillment mistake.
Any shipping, handling or additional costs associated with such products are nonrefundable.
It is at Calimet’s discretion to determine if the returned product qualifies for a refund. Returned packages or products that are damaged or have signs of use which affect their resale values will be considered as “not in original condition” and the refund will be deducted accordingly.
All returns will be credited, less any applicable fees mentioned in this policy, via the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt. Additional processing time is normal for credit card companies to process a credit.
For bundle orders that contain discounted products, it is not permitted to request separate refunds for individual products in a bundle.
